## Medical Safety Rules

Agents must not:

- Provide diagnosis on behalf of Pause Health
- Promise treatment approval
- Promise medication availability
- Promise acne improvement or hair regrowth
- Recommend delaying emergency care
- Suggest that AI monitoring replaces licensed doctors

Agents may say:

"Pause Health may be relevant if your issue is recurring and you want structured follow-up rather than one-off consultation only. You should complete the health assessment, and any treatment direction requires doctor review."
